We attended a party and it was very nice. The room setup worked well. The food was delicious and they managed to serve everyone promptly. The handheld microphones used throughout the room allowed all the toasts to be heard. The only thing that seemed to slow down was the coffee service after dinner. Chandeliers were beautiful but the general decor seemed a bit dated.

An excellent place for an event, our organization holds our annual Safety Expo here very year. The staff is always on top of things and unobtrusive, very easy to work with Bill and the staff here to set up an event and requires nearly no effort on our end other than to let them know what we need. The cost is also very affordable considering how easy it is and the quality of service, food the ease of access and the space itself. This is a business the Plattsburgh area is lucky to have available.

I go to this place every year for my fiance's annual work Christmas party so I only see it for a few hours a year but I will say.... The wait staff is always prompt about their service and they are always nice. It is always clean and well maintained. My biggest problem is the food that we are served there. I feel like the quality and taste of the food could be so much better. I will still go to the Christmas party of course, I just feel like they could buy better quality and cook fresher food.
